We offer a range of high performance, gas resistant, vapour and waterproof membranes, each specifically designed to deal with different types of contamination. We provide project specific solutions to a range of problems, using our range of Geoflex membrane options in conjunction with our Geofin gas dispersal system.

We understand that these products require specialist knowledge to help ensure the appropriate design, specification, installation, monitoring and maintenance is achieved. We therefore provide an extensive service through our customer support team who have the technical capabilities to help you see the project through, from design to installation. Professional Indemnity Cover is also available through our approved installer network.

Geoflex Geofoil

Geofoil is a multi-layer, composite, flexible, loose-laid, sheet membrane comprising outer layers of polyethylene encapsulating a 20 micron aluminium foil together with a multi-filament polyester scrim. During the service life of the building, structural modifications to the foundation or floor slab may become necessary. Given the possibility of exposure, during such excavations, the top (uppermost) surface of the Geofoil has been specifically manufactured in yellow - the recognised UK colour associated with gas - to provide a visual warning.

Geofoil may be installed in one of two positions, as determined by the specific design criteria - either between the screed and slab or beneath the structural slab. In both cases the excellent flexibility of Geofoil ensures on-site detailing is properly, yet easily, achieved.

Geoflex Geothene

Geothene is a multi-layer, composite, flexible, loose-laid, sheet membrane comprising outer layers of polyethylene encapsulating a non-hydroscopic multi-filament polyester reinforcing scrim.

Geothene may be installed in one of two positions, as determined by the specific design criteria - either between the screed and slab or beneath the structural slab to ensure the effectiveness of the system. All service stanchion penetrations should be sealed by the use of Geothene "top hats" and/or Geothene flashing tape.

Geoflex Polypropylene

Geoflex Polypropylene is a robust, high performance, single layer, gas resistant, vapour and waterproof membrane - suitable for the protection of buildings against the ingress of gas. The superior performance characteristics and weldability of the membrane provides a Quality Assured solution in both horizontal and vertical applications.

Geoflex Polypropylene is a flexible, loose-laid, sheet membrane with specific inherent features to provide exceptional through-life performance.

Geofin GDS

Geofin GDS is a single cuspated geocomposite gas dispersal system, comprising a pre-formed, high density polyethylene studded core encapsulated within a non-woven, needle punched, polypropylene geotextile filter fabric.

It is a Quality Assured, high performance solution designed to overcome the problem of unacceptable hazardous gas concentrations beneath buildings and external paved areas. The system benefits from DoE Approval for both passive and active venting, in accordance with CIRIA 149.

Geofin GDS is available in rolls 500mm and 985mm wide x 50m in length. A range of accessories are available to provide a total gas protection system.
